Nico and team are true fitness freaks who will give you their 1000% at all times. Whether it be for life changes, competition prep and so forth, you wont go wrong with team big daddy and most all you'll learn lots while meeting and joining a great loving family :) looking forward to my prep alongside team BDF 2020????????????????????????
