His kindness, patience and overall ability to clearly explain my plan and answers to my questions was absolutely refreshing! This was certainly appreciated especially after a 4 hour disaster call with Telus’ customer services. Very very happy! Thanks again Alejandro!!

Nav seemed to really to care that I was happy with my plan and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. He really knew his stuff and was incredibly patient with explaining the more complicated aspects of my contract. Thank you Nav! Very happy to be a Rogers customer today :)
