(February 1, 2023, 3:04 am)I bought two pieces well over 250$ for my upcoming trip to Costa Rica. This was a treat for me as I don’t usually spend this kind of money. I wore my suit once and noticed damage of the fabric. Took pictures. Had to wear it throughout my trip cause that’s what I brought. I was questioned when I went to fix the problem like I was trying to scam them. I just wanted an exchange for a product that was not defective. I think bikini village needs to stand behind their product without question. My GF brought a suit (miracle suit) , and same issue happened and without question or delay was exchanged for s new one. Please Do better on this issue. I’m an honest person and have worked retail for a long time. Stand behind your product in the end it will pay off. Thank you for getting me a new suit.
