Maxine and her trainers are great, super professional and knowledgeable. I joined the MGPT community when I was 3 months postpartum with baby #3. Not only is baby always welcome to group classes, but I also have made fitness and strength gains faster than ever before! ❤️

My daughter has been taking a kickboxing class at Maxine's studio for a while and she loves it! Maxine and all the other trainers at the studio are very professional and with the small size classes everyone is getting their full attention.

I've been training here for a year and don't plan on quitting anytime soon! The instructors are creative with their workouts, making sure to push you to do more physically (e.g. lifting heavier) while respecting your limits. They are also extremely thoughtful human beings and take a vested interest in not only your physical well-being, but every other aspect of your well-being! 100% recommend to anyone who wants to work on their fitness in a healthy and encouraging environment.

Maxine is an excellent instructor! So glad that I found her to teach me Animal Flow (which I wasn't able to find anywhere else in Greater Montreal). She is very passionate and knowledgeable in what she teaches. Maxine always finds the perfect way to explain how to perform the movements. Highly recommended!

Great energy, fun classes, always something new! Bright, clean, well-equipped studio easily accessed in NDG. Park-adjacent for occasional invigorating workouts al-fresco. Super reasonable pricing compared to local competition. Post-natal expertise second-to-none. Private sessions available for custom workouts. Want to get fit *and* make friends? Maxine's classes are an absolute no-brainer - it's the gem of my week!
