He has a very calming presence and makes you feel very comfortable throughout the session. He is very knowledgable about Ayurvedic medicine and explains everything very in depth and easy to understand. I found all the information and recommendations really interesting and loved hearing about how ayurvedic medicine works in the body. He also provided me with a list of all the foods and ingredients I should consume and avoid, which is really helpful if you are having problems with your digestion.
Can't wait to follow his recommendations for the next month and see the results! -
