(June 16, 2019, 9:15 pm)A great workout ! The staff motivates and supports all members because they genuinely care. This is the best part of my day and has changed my life for the better. Every girl needs 30 minute hit in their life. Not only is it an excellent workout, but you learn great self defense skills. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for an efficent, exciting, and energetic training session.

It's a great way to relieve stress, get in shape without feeling any pressure. It's a very warm and motivating place that's become a second home to myself and my kids. I've made friends here and have recommended it to many friends. The music is always great and motivating. The staff can adjust the technics to your needs and skill. Just try it once and you'll be hooked!!!
