I met Kevin at Pro Gym on Hochelaga
I needed a specialist trainer for my injuries that I had and to be able to have someone who could advise me on love.
Kevin exceeded my expectations. He is more than a trainer, he is a master in training and in nutrition. He is a very realistic professional in our expectations and our needs but capable of motivating us and pushing us further...he has the magic to motivate us. Very respectful with us. By the way, I recommend it 200%.

(September 18, 2020, 4:50 pm)Kevin is my personal trainner for about 2 years now. Very professional and knowledgeable. I am working with him online and face to face for exercices and nutrition. I was on plateau for few years despite working out 6x/week seriously for 10years. I changed my game. I now hit my goals with him. He understand welI my needs as a 60h/week corpo worker that want to perform at the gym (and my other sports) as well. I am way leaner and muscled and I am working on my weaknesses. He also manage well billing and meetings. He also managed to keep me in shape during covid as well. He is very down to earth and successfull in his own life and projects wich is motivating. He works at Progym wich is an amazing place (the best gym in Canada). Definetely a good choice ;)
