Her straight forward curative and preventative approach to health is refreshing in a world that defaults to pharmaceuticals. Her passion and practicality is reflected in her practice and her book, Let's Practice Health - a must read for anyone who wants to be more vital and have more energy.

(June 6, 2017, 6:01 pm)I did not know what to expect with working with Frances but one of the many improvements that I saw is that my allergies almost completely disappeared! Every Spring and Fall I am typically very congested, running nose and itchy watery eyes. This is the first Spring that I can remember where that wasn't the case. It will be fantastic if I no longer have to take any of that horrible allergy medication.
