Scully's Seaside Cottage

Scully's Seaside Cottage was wonderful! We stayed in August 2022 for a week. We've stayed in the Stanley Bridge area multiple times over the past number of years, and this location was by far our favorite cottage. The cottage has a very welcoming feel to it and was well equipped for everything we needed for our stay. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels, washer/dryer, even the proper size pot to boil lobsters outside! It's in a great location - very short drive to the national park beaches. I loved the huge deck and spent a lot of time out there in the early morning and evenings watching the sun over the water - very peaceful and quiet. Dave was a great host, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed here for a week last summer and it was wonderful! We have 3 kids and a dog, and there was plenty of room for everyone, with room to spare! Dave was responsive, helpful, and friendly, and the place had everything we could need to unpack and enjoy our stay. The location was also amazing for Cavendish goers... just a few minutes away from the famous boardwalk, etc. but also in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood just steps away from a warm, shallow, rocky beach that our pup loved most of all. 😊 The upstairs balcony was also lovely for nighttime stargazing when the kids were asleep. Great spot for families all around! We would definitely stay again and recommend!

We stayed at Scully's sea side cottage for the week of our wedding in 2022. The cottage a spacious, cozy and had a beautiful view of new london Bay. The cottage is centrally located in our favorite part of the island and being pet friendly really out this place over the top.
David was a great host and we can't wait to return!

This cottage was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! The location was amazing – super close to Cavendish but still very quiet at night. Also, being steps away from the beach was an absolute dream. It was awesome for us and our dog, and would be GREAT for kids too. I also loved the wrap around deck and upper-balcony, they were perfect for evening sunsets. There was loads of space in the cottage and it was super well stocked - especially the kitchen! It was perfectly set up for the huge lobster and mussel boil we had (there was a large propane boiler that made this super easy). The big picnic table on the deck and the fire pit were nice touches, too. Dave was a star host and very responsive to any questions I had (hi Dave!!). 10 out of 10, would totally go back again (…and again and again and again!).
