The three stars are not for the product, it's 5 star. Firstly, this is not a restaurant, it is a bar clam processing plant. I went knowing what it was. Fresh bar clams are not availabe in Ontario and theirs are the best so we always have a few jars in the pantry. While on vacation I wanted to visit because of what I read on their website "We welcome visitors to drop by and see what we are all about." Disapponting, it is a clean facility so visitors can't go through the doors to see the actual processing. They are not set up to sell products on site.We gave a person our order in the hall, another person was sent to get what we wanted and the first person had to go upstairs to get change. Oh well, but they still make the best products.
