Every time we met, Mike was able to not only advise us, but also educate us, so there was nothing we did not understand. His patience and expertise on all things financial and mortgage was incredible. We could not recommend his local service enough!

(January 19, 2023, 5:20 pm)Mr. May truly went above and beyond for my family. We were stuck in a fairly unique situation, trying to move back to PEI after more than a decade living abroad. Our case took literal weeks of work before we were able to finalize our home loan and close on our beautiful new house. He never gave up. Every time we hit a dead end, Mr. May developed a new solution and forged ahead. It honestly felt hopeless at several points but Mr. May urged us on reassuring us that if there was any possibility, we would succeed. In the end all of his positivity and hard work came to fruition and we closed on our first home.
