They even kept my vehicle longer to actually take a closer look at what I will need. Very easy to get along with and they can even source used parts to save you a few dollars. 10/10 will recommend to anyone needing body work !

(November 14, 2020, 12:28 pm)A few weeks back, during a very busy time, I needed to search out a reputable auto body shop.
I interviewed six different places to get a good cross-section of a field I’m not at all familiar with.
My research involved bringing myself up to speed on the processes - which ultimately meant going back to the original dealer/manufacturer to determine the correct stages of paint on this particular model.
Not all shops showed accuracy in this field - however one shop not only demonstrated accuracy here, but also explained everything clearly and concisely.
It was the respect shown to me, as well as toward this business’ competitors that tipped the scales in favour of Dalziels Collision Center and ultimately gained my trust.
Their integrity, attention to detail in a business that demands such - as well as the excellent customer service - above and beyond in fact - lends itself to my full recommendations.
Again, thanks to Chris and his team. They made a challenging time much nicer. Five stars. -

(October 30, 2020, 6:46 pm)Although I didn't actually go to Dalziel's, I wanted to leave a review because I was so impressed. I called with a question about side mirror repair, and I don't know a lot about cars. The nice gentlemen I spoke to listen to my specific and explained how it was actually a smaller repair than I had thought! It would've been very easy to tell me I needed the whole mirror replaced, which is what they do, but instead he explained they aren't able to make the one small adjustment I needed and, to save me money, gave me recommendations of places to go where they could! If I have any repairs that do end up being bigger, I will be taking my car here because I trust their integrity 100% and know they won't take advantage of my limited knowledge.

They have a great time, and their entire team goes above and beyond every single time. The customer service, turn around time, communication and quality finished repair is unbeatable.
Highly recommend Dalziel's! Stop in and see them for a quote next time you need work done.
