  Friendly staff but not satisfied with the shipment. I sent a package containing 8 headset (packaged at the office). Three of them were damaged; one damaged significantly upon arrival.
  
  Edit in response to the reply: This review is definitely for the DHL shipment and not for the office. I initially gave it a 2-star as my shipment delivered in a bad situation. I even talked to a DHL customer service. They told me that they have sent me a claim form (which I haven't ever received) and closed the file thereafter without even trying to contact me. I am really unsatisfied with the DHL service while very satisfied with the service I was provided at this office. So, I decided to change my review to 5-start.
