I had NovelCare out a few weeks ago to upgrade to a high efficiency furnace. Alan came out within a few hours of calling to get a quote and had an install date soon after. Sean and Ryan showed up for the install, they were fast and friendly. I appreciate their hard work and quality installation. I will use Novel care in the future and highly recommended.

My furnace blower quit Last wrek. Sean showed up the same day and figured out what was wrong. Sean explained my options. We determined that replacing the furnace was the right thing to do. Installers showed up the next day on time, installed the furnace and cleaned up afterwards. Great friendly service!

Chris was my technician. He arrived at my home on time, was friendly and promptly got to work. He was able to answer all the questions that I had. At the completion of his work he walked me through what he had done and went through what needed to be adjusted. We talked a lot about furnace cleaning and how most systems don't actually need cleanings, but rather these are ofter ploys to get people to spend their money. I really appreciated his honesty and candor. I was willing to pay for a cleaning but he point blank said I didn't need one.

I just replaced my 20 years old Furnace and AC and I'm extremely happy and satisfied with the top of the line equipment and service There crew provided. I took my time to shop around and compare products, warranty and costs from Home Depot (Trane), Costco (Lennox), Enercare (Amana) and Lowe's (Carrier). I compared apples to apples and carefully reviewed each quote. Finally made my decision and chose Hargrave as the authorized contractor for Lowe's. I got an American Standard top of the line Furnace and AC and the price difference was significantly less than the other providers, Darren the sales rep. was amazing!! He carefully took me through the process by explaining the different options and what makes them apart from others: "10 years parts and labor warranty (other providers offer 10 years warranty on parts but only 3 years on labor"). Long story short, after being repeatedly strung along like a piece of dirt by a much bigger HVAC company, which I won't name, but I'll say they weren't "reliable" at all contrary to their nam.
Darren came to my home and examined my HVAC system and took his time to explain his thoughts on getting a steam humidifier installed. There was no pressure, it was just two guys talking about HVAC systems and options and about the industry.
On installation day, Robert and Alexi arrived and set out to get working. What I am truly impressed by is that they took their time to make sure things were done right. They always explained what they were thinking and what they were going to do and asked me first to make sure I was okay with that route.
My home setup was challenging, because its a small stacked townhome and the mechanical room doesnt give you much to work with, but these guys made it work.
Even when they thought they might have had to drill holes into the ceiling on the floor below to get the wiring through, they knew it wasn't something I would have liked, and they figured out another option.
