  I found this place on line while looking for a food meal company because Im lazy to cook! This is near my office so I thought I'd stop by and see what they have. I am a very health conscious person who eats well and the selection of meals they have seem to be up my alley. I wanted the beef that people all raved about, but it was sold out. I ended up with the chili, chicken and salmon. I eat a lot and worried it was not enough food for me. I tried the salmon first. It was delish and very filling. I didnt need to eat for the rest of the day. The chicken was also very good and I liked the portion. There was a lot of meat which I liked as I consume a lot of protein. I was told I need to order 2 days in advance. I can see why as they make it fresh there by hand. The taste and quality is good. Im a picky person when it comes to food and they meet my expectations. It is a bit pricey as some people say, but then again you have a store they need to pay rent, someone to cook it for you. what do you expect. If your not willing to dish out money, cook it yourself. If your lazy like me and dont mind paying a little bit for quality, this place. Im going to buy this for my kids as well so I dont have to make school lunches which I hate! Glad they are in my neighborhood.

  Great place excellent food, great service. I would recommend this store in Markham. It's easy to place an order and pick it up in a day or two. Great for meal planning and the food is of the highest quality.
