I've never been disappointed. Obviously ideal for a quick lunch. So prepared to pay a premium for the quality, though! -

It's a bit of a hidden gem as they are tucked away in a quiet plaza on Woodbine and have pretty narrow hours centred around the workday lunch hours. You'll find tasty paninis, wraps, bowls and soups. Everything is made fresh with wholesome ingredients. They also do catering and takeout. Friendly and quick service.

Right when you walk in the place looks clean and fresh, the staff was more than happy to explain the menu to us. We ordered the grilled veggie and the avocado chicken wraps with a side of their vegan roasted tomato and sweet potato soup. The food is wholesome, flavourful, and I left feeling energetic and fully satisfied. Amazing location to visit for lunch!
