  The service manager went out of his way to fit me in and help me with my tires on a dangerous snowy night minutes before closing. I know he made an exception for me instead of just wanting to get home in the bad weather himself. Caring for the customer is what I felt here, sometimes a rarity this days. Great experience service manager, your dealership shines because of you. Sorry I never got your name but I won't forget where to come for service next time.

  Bought a used vehicle from them and had a great experience. Kola, Mike and Elon were great to deal with, Mike in Parts was great at looking into accessories and tires and answering any questions. Can't say enough good things about the staff at Markville.

  I've been taking my cars to Markville Chevrolet for 10 years now. Their clean, well organized shop is the best car repair business I have ever seen. I've never had a bad experience there.

  I highly recommend Markville to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, my Salesman - Phillip Hudson was magnificent. He took loads of time to make sure I understood all the features of the vehicle and was happy with my deal. Likewise his Manager - Antonio was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

  I must say Judy is amazing in the auto service department. I can always rely on her to have my very best needs and care in mind. She always does what she can for me, even if it is out of her control. Today I had my car in to get my winter tires on and an oil change. It took about 8 hours to complete this task causing me to miss work. (This is an extremely unusual situation as I am always in and out within a couple hours when I drop my car off first thing. Judy ensured I was taken care of and empathized with this unusually long service time and I left extremely satisfied at the end of the day, just like I always am. The length of time it takes my car to be completed is completely out of Judy's control yet she manages to make miracles happen. I highly recommend this service department. I have never experienced such amazing, caring service in my life. Thank you so much for always keeping me a satisfied and happy customer.
