Just purchased a Mazda CX9 from James. It was a pleasure dealing with him since he knows what he is doing and have made the whole introduction, buying and financing process quick and smooth. He speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin. I will certainly introduce James to anyone who is looking for a second hand or new Mazda.

I dislike buying a used car at the best of times and anything that makes the experience better is greatly appreciated. I booked a test drive online and had a quick response from Benny. I could not come in that day so James Chang was asked to assist me the following day and he followed up promptly. I was able to complete the test drive, the car was reasonably priced, I was not pressured, James answered all my questions to the best of his ability. The car basically sold itself however it did help that the dealership changed the car tires to newer ones.
I appreciate courteous, up front, straight forward service. A big thank you to James for making my car buying experience less of an ordeal and making it smooth and less anxiety provoking.
