(March 30, 2021, 12:00 am)Annie's yoga classes are fun. She explains things as she goes and has a lovely soothing and encouraging voice. These classes leave you feeling wonderful with a calmness. She helps you work to your own level. I have fewer aches and pains since joining and have developed a mindfulness about my body. Thank you Annie. You have a gift.
