  Working out with Jesse has been life changing. Not only is it very convenient that he comes to my house twice a week but it also holds me accountable to exercise. Jesse customizes my workouts to my goals and capabilities and in 13 weeks I have lost 11 pounds, 3 inches around my waist and feel much, much stronger! I recommend Jesse for anyone wanting to make a positive change.

  I am an able 82 year old who dislikes formal exercise. My family persuaded me to have a personal fitness trainer. Jesse comes to my home twice a week. His pleasant and encouraging personality make the whole experience a happy occasion.

  I've been training with Jesse for 3 months now and it's been an incredible experience for me. Not only have I gotten way stronger from before, but he's a great trainer that will help you push further to reach your goal. He is also a great person to talk to and the workouts are a fun experience because of Jesse. He is a great trainer and I recommend him for anyone who wants a personal trainer!

  I am thoroughly enjoying Jesse's Functional Training classes. He offers a nice variety of exercises. The time flies by. Jesse is very good at allowing people to work at their own level. He also does a great job of encouraging participants to push a little bit harder to get the most out of the work-out.
