So much is included with their homes. They are not all about the cash grab like most builders are now a days. Very grateful. Thank you Thomasfield!

(August 31, 2020, 7:21 pm)We purchased our home in Breslau earlier last year. I have never purchased a new home before, but I have friends who have. When we compared notes, and when we had them over for the first time, it came apparent to me how appreciative I should be for our Thomasfield home. We have had very minor issues (it seems every new home has a few things to be fixed after closing) that were promptly dealt with (thanks to Adam). Another nice touch was how clean our house was when we moved in, it felt like a true brand new home, and not a leftover construction site from what I have seen with my friends. Bravo to Thomasfield. I am very excited to call this our home and excited to see the community grow.

There were small things we noticed in our walk through, and by the next day, almost all were addressed. Highest recommendation.
