(May 14, 2019, 5:29 pm)We used Stairworks to install a new maple staircase in our home, and are extremely pleased with the result. When the area prepared for the stairs (not by Stairworks) ended up not being perfectly straight/even, Stairworks made new custom components and took extra time in installation to make sure that every detail of the stairs still lined up nicely and looked perfect in that area (at no extra cost). The resulting staircase looks beautiful!

We are about an hour away from Guelph and were finding it difficult in our area to find a contractor to replace our dated railing. I called and was put through to Kirsten who was extremely helpful, I took some photos and emailed them to her. She advised me about their website to check out some material and designs, we made some material choices and were given a quote.
Kirsten set up an appointment with their estimator Bruce, in a very timely fashion. Bruce was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all of our questions. We made some changes at that time and received a final quote which we felt was a fair price.
Jorge the installer was scheduled for the install, again in a timely fashion. My husband and myself have never been more pleased with a contractor as we were with Jorge. He paid close attention to detail and problem solved with expertise, as there were a lot of obstacles. As difficult of a job as it turned out to be Jorge always had a smile on his face. We are truly pleased with the end result and would recommend this company without hesitation.
