The trainers at Pursuit are experienced pros with vast knowledge and positive energy. A true community, for your ‘everyday’ members looking to reach their fitness goals, young athletes looking to take their game to a higher level, and professional athletes in a number of sports, from OHL, NLL, NHL, Olympians and Paralympians. When I first met owner and trainer Wayne Burke, I immediately recognized the wealth of knowledge and experience he has, without the typical ego you find in many trainers. Through our work, my strength and performance increased incredibly, and the number of injuries I had drastically decreased. Wayne helped train me to wins in races all over the world, including the Boston, London, Chicago and LA marathons, multiple World Championships and Paralympic Games. These guys keep their ears to the ground, and know what they are talking about.. a focus on mobility, strength, and conditioning to elevate to peak performance. Whether it is one on one training, or group sessions.. you’ll get the attention and coaching you need to reach your fitness goals.
