Having worked for another agency, and learning about other agencies, I can say that the level of support they provide is unparalleled. The agency is flexible with providing in-home support with trained support workers, days of respite, and there is always a member of the management and support team available to help you in a time of need.
They regularly hold events for all the parents, and children in care to come together and make it feel like you are part of one big family. -
