(March 15, 2019, 2:48 pm)We were first introduced to Rob when our son was looking to get into the market. Rob was the sellers’ representative of the condo my son purchased. We were so impressed with his honesty and professionalism that when it came time to sell the family home we approached Rob.
Rob Garrick and John Van Buskirk, of the Garrick Group Realty (Royal Lepage) were amazing to work with. Our mother was downsizing from a bungalow to condo living and Rob and John worked with our family on the sale of the house. They were very understanding and supportive knowing the stresses of downsizing and putting a family home up for sale. They knew the market conditions at the time and got the best value on the sale of the home. More importantly they realized the family dynamics and empathized with the family on the importance of selling a family home. We would highly recommend Rob and John for any real estate transaction.
