After my mother died earlier this year, I was faced with my sick father alone at his farm. After getting my father to warm up to the idea that he needed to sell the place, I researched several real estate agents and came across the Capstone Real Estate Professionals. After meeting Christine and Micheal in person, I knew I could trust them to help us through this difficult time.

Christine was able to answer all of our questions and market my dad's property to a broad audience. We were quite floored with the high volume of showings in such a short period of time. I initially thought the farm would take months to sell, but offers came in after less than two weeks on the market. Christine walked us through the offers and explained all the pros and cons to us. I felt when my dad made the final decision, that he was well informed and confident in his choice. And as a family, Christine held our hand through the whole process during that difficult time. She was very perceptive and well informed.

I met Christine in a mom's group and quickly noticed how confident, knowledgeable and calm she was. Initially, I found the task of looking to move while having a new born to be overwhelming. But she talked us though every step of the way, while accommodating our crazy schedule. She was easy going while also being sharp as a tack when needed.

Mike was amazing to deal with. As a first time home seller I was extremely pleased with the level of service Mike and his team provided. He explained every step of the selling process and was always available to answer my questions when they came up. He made suggestions for preparing my place for photos and viewings, the listing price, and was very helpful with the negotiations when multiple offers came in. My condo sold within 3 days of putting it on the market which can no doubt be attributed to the work put in by this fabulous team.
