(February 7, 2021, 2:58 pm)I found John to be unique among agents, he listened intently, made comments and suggestions and said he thought our upscale condo was worth the price I had in mind, then proceeded to sell it. Never once did he suggest lowering the price nor in any way displayed pessimism and was always confident the value was there. It actually took two months to sell and near the end we had several interested buyers. We kept in touch with the owners after the sale and they remain very pleased they bought it, which I think indicates John also believes in giving fair value for the money.
John was the consummate agent in my opinion and I have recommended him to several prospective sellers. -
