The most attentive, caring and insightful experience ever, and as new homebuyers we really had no idea what to expect and how to navigate the market. Sean took us under his wing and provided guidance, rather than trying to sell to us, which is integrity beyond anything I have heard of, especially in a cut-throat industry. Sean had our best interest at heart and help us navigate some very challenging sellers, and throughout just gave us the confidence to trust him and his team. It's been 6 months since we bought our house and Sean regularly assists me when I call on him. Service like you've never known before!

He really listened and cared to all of our needs and desires. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He put in late hours to process our offers. He made it easy and enjoyable to find our perfect first home. I will forever recommend Sean to all my friends and family.

We never ever felt rushed and he walked us through every step of the way! Sean has a ton of knowledge about what might need updating/replacing, what might be safe/unsafe and other potential added costs. We highly recommend Sean to anyone shopping in the Guelph area!

His marketing strategy was fantastic and it resulted in a firm sale within days of listing. He made the entire process very easy and was transparent in all of our interactions.
