(March 13, 2023, 6:20 pm)I’ve had a few issues with my condo - Zehr group took over the project, specifically Mark Adamson who I cannot thank enough for going above and beyond to help rectify all the issues I had and was very patient and understanding. He genuinely wanted my experience to be better than what it was and make sure that everything was properly taken care of and he certainly did that. Thank you Mark for everything!

(September 14, 2022, 7:45 am)Purchased unit in one of their projects, as in any new build small issues are to be expected. What wasn't expected was how responsive and quickly that Zehr got back to me about my concerns!
Never felt like they were brushing me off, they were honest about expectations and took my concerns just as seriously as I did!
I will update the review with some pictures when the project is complete but I'm sure that Zehr will make sure everything is perfect :) -

It's also a pleasure to work with all the employees as they are super friendly. They are a great local family business and we recommend them for any development project or property management service.

Their reputation is well known in the Tri-Cities, and only made from consistent excellence. Staff are friendly, always seem happy to answer any questions. Will continue to go to Zehr Group for future construction and management projects.
