MY husband and I went with GILT for our wedding this past weekend after learning that they were a nut free catering company - something incredibly important to us. Our decision was only reinfored when we tried their food for the first time - words cannot describe how absolutely mouth watering everything was. Everyone at our wedding could not stop raving about the meals and we still have someone talking about how great the mashed potatoes are.
GILT made everything so seamless and stress-free and they really take pride in the quality of their dishes. Thank you so much to Madison from the company who listened earnestly to our requests, all the way down to the napkin folds.
I cannot recommend this catering company enough!
