  Great community. Motivation by group training. Totally scalable all the time, just ask the coach for some tips for your level.

  Kirby and his team are dedicated to constantly improving, not only the physical space but helping his members. His enthusiasm for excellence is contagious and he has a good sense of humour. We recommend a lot of our patients to Crossfit Elmira because it is a safe, friendly environment where you WILL learn proper biomechanics that allow for optimal fitness and health outcomes. Keep up the good work!

  I have been a member of and/or worked out at several other CrossFit gyms and CrossFit Elmira is the best by far. What makes it great is the quality of coaching, knowledge level of the coaches and the emphasis on proper form and technique (they don't want members with injuries!). I have personally experienced the benefits of CrossFit including: getting me in shape faster than any other type of workout or sport; improvement in all components of fitness (strength, conditioning, flexibility/mobility); increased stamina; and a better sense of well-being and confidence.
  
  Not to be understated is the welcoming atmosphere and friendliness of the members at this gym. "CrossFit is a Community" and you get to experience this full force at U Lifestyle Fitness. I love it here!
