  I recently joined Bethany Lee Yoga and Wellness and I am so glad that I did! This yogi community is like no other. Everyone is so welcoming and Bethany is a wonderful instructor. I have learned so much in my short time there and I can say that is because of her. If you are thinking about yoga, I would highly recommend this unique little studio. You will soon think of it as your home away from home.. I know I do!

  Bethany is an experience Yoga instructor who always makes you feel safe and comfortable. She takes care to address the needs of each student, and you always feel restored and relaxed after taking part in one of her classes. I highly recommend Bethany's classes at the Gardens of Elmira.

  Bethany is a wonderful yoga instructor. Her classes allow me to focus on self awareness and restoration. I look forward to every yoga class. Her yoga studio is one of a kind in the area. Highly recommend it!

  Bethany is a great yoga instructor. I do my best to make it to her class at least once a week. She is extremely supportive and helpful. I can't recommend Bethany strongly enough.

  My husband I met Bethany through the Gardens of Elmira as a Yoga Instructor and I’m glad we did. She exudes a presence of calm and peacefulness about her that is unique and immediately you begin to feel the same way. Her yoga instruction is phenomenal. In her Yin Yang class, she gets you flowing, energized and ready to go and then brings it down with yin poses where your body is brought deep into a stretch and a calming state. And, with her soft spoken, zen like voice she can literally put you and your mind to rest…literally - my husband has fallen asleep while in these poses including other classes. I love her spirit, her instruction and her calming, peaceful presence! Thank-you Bethany for that calm, peacefulness you bring. We love being in your presence! You always give me a great start to my weekend!!
