  The Sienna Living nursing staff are conscientious, available to talk and very caring. I have heard many good stories about this LTC facility and they are proving correct. Not all LTC facilities show this way and I'm thankful that this facility was available when my Mom needed their care.

  My mom has been a resident here (Cardinal Way) for almost 9 years and was transferred here from the hospital with a low survival expectation of approximately 6 weeks.
  If it weren’t for the amazing staff my mom wouldn’t still be with us.
  We find this facility very clean, in fact one of the cleanest I have ever visited and I believe the reason for getting residents up to the dining room or to participate in activities is two fold. One, so the resident has a change of scenery and can be in a more social setting as opposed to being isolated in their room, and two, to make the resident feel like they are very much valued and may enjoy participating in whatever activity is offered.
  With respect to staff, especially the PSW’s, I believe they are under appreciated and these positions are under staffed. They can only do so much given their demanding workload.
  I have personally witnessed the caring, compassion and respect the staff provide to all residents.
  I will forever be grateful to this facility for the care my mom has and continues to receive.
  I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this long term care facility to anyone.

  It was a very emotional thing to have to put my wife in a home. When i was notified she had been placed in a home after 2 and half years on the list i was understandably worried about the care she would receive. In the short time she has been in this home the staff from the front office to the staff working the floors have been wonderful. My wife was on the Robins Grove unit. I found it to be very clean and well organized.
