I contacted the Indoor Farmer team by email, after my order with an alternate supplier wasn’t shipped within 3 weeks of placing it.
Charlie from Indoor Farmer responded to me within ½ an hour, providing all the info I required. I placed an order with Indoor Farmer; it was shipped that day, and I received it on the West Coast in under a week!
Between my local hydroponics shop and Indoor Farmer, my gardening needs are covered. I highly recommend Indoor Farmer for their great selection, fair prices, and incredible customer service.

Especially Andrew who has gone above and beyond to help me and to explain to me anything that I wasn’t sure about and is always friendly! He has been one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with. I also want to thank Roman for his extremely friendly attitude and knowledge and his muscles helping me out to the car! 🤣. Their customer service is amazing and the shipping is incredibly fast. They always seem to have what I'm looking for that I can never find in stock locally. Kevon was quick to ask if I needed help and offered me a couple different options with his expert opinion about each. I was given an immediate discount for signing up for their loyalty program and left extremely satisfied with my purchase and the help I received in store. Great work guys, will definitely recommend and be back in the future!
