(August 12, 2021, 2:11 pm)These guys were awesome when we stopped by. Did some basic service on our guns that went without a hitch, and answered our very many questions. Super knowledgeable and nice guys. I’m newer to airsoft, and find that my lack of knowledge can sometimes lead to airsoft employees to be a bit judgemental, but the people at Black Blitz just politely educated me anywhere they could and l left thinking “wow, great customer service.” Really great experience, we’ll be making the 1.5 hour drive to go here for all of our airsoft needs.

I had a mix up with them over something, but they were very professional and helpful. In this day and age, finding people/companies you can trust is one of the biggest battles, and this is a crew you can trust to be fair, honest, knowledgeable, and not leave you hanging.
