Robert is very courteous, professional and willing to work with us to resolve any concern we've had. That said, he clearly comes from what works for both parties (Landlord and Tenant) and seeks to have win-win results. Also, as a property owner myself, having done my own property management, I am impressed by his knowledge a and his ability to communicate effectively!
