(February 3, 2020, 5:01 pm)Our garage door cable broke (tore apart) yesterday (Sunday - obviously), and I called Ross this morning to find out when he could come out to repair it. He was able to come within an hour, fixed it very quickly, for a very reasonable price. This is the 2nd time he has helped us with our garage door (which had not been installed by him, came with the house when we purchased it), and it was both times a great experience. Much appreciated. Highly recommend
