  Maybe I've tired of Swiss Chalet. The food was good and the portions plentiful but the menu while newer needs further diversity. I am thankful to all the staff who worked on Family Day for my family to spend lunch together, a rare event now that everyone is grown and in different locations. Staff was friendly and service very prompt. Only complaint is not with Swiss Chalet, but whoever constructed the building at this Fairway Rd. location. Materials were not the best quality as I had to keep my coat on to protect myself from the cold draft from the window frame behind me. It's unfortunate that this may play a part in deciding to return to this location. The whole restaurant needs updating because of high business traffic I suspect. Budget $30 per person.

  Food was good. To be expected with Swiss Chalet. However they need a hook in the ladies bathroom to be able to hang up a diaper bag in the bigger stall. I wasn't a fan of the fact that I had to put the bag on the floor.

  Absolutely amazing service, blown away how friendly my server was. The food was very good for a Swiss Chalet. I would definitely go back and recommend this location. The Christmas seasonal options were very good! Blown away with this visit.

  The service and food were both great! I ordered a side salad with my meal it ended up coming with fries. The waitress brought me a salad and left the fries for the table. Later she explained to me how to get extra scene points by going online. She went above and beyond!
