  I really enjoy their Out burger and their chicken on a bun. I choose a gluten-free option and it's amazing. My husband enjoys the burgers are really good thanks so much we appreciate it.

  My family and I have been here many times. Great burgers fries and shakes. Great service always clean. You haven't had a burger until you've been to the Works. The apps are incredible!

  They're pretty good at what they do.They're a bit overpriced but the quality is there and they have a good selection of options. The beer selection is nice too. Service at this location was pretty good, I went at lunch time. I've been to many locations and the quality is always nice if they have the materials. I do recommend it if you've never tried. If you're a hamburger fan you need to try this place. But also if you're a hamburger fan you kind of owe it to yourself to also try places that aren't necessarily in a chain. Worth the look!

  Nothing really to complain about. Delicious burgers and decent fries. Their set of various burger recipes never gets old with "son of the beach" being my favorite. Overall I've been over 20 times in both Waterloo and Kitchener locations and their service was always spot on albeit the cooking is slow sometimes.
