(July 26, 2021, 4:51 am)My watch had not been working for a long time and so I went in person to the store where I was greeted by two enthusiastic and friendly employees Julie and Makenna, who had spent the next 40 minutes with me Helping troubleshoot and ensuring all issue I had were resolved and happy to say the watch now works thanks to these two. BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

(December 24, 2020, 6:19 am)Good store with the good deals. Only downside is you often have to wait in line to get into the store during COVID. The store capacity is very low but there are so many staff on hand that that half the capacity is allocated to staff.

(September 13, 2020, 9:20 pm)I visited this store with my son. He came in to trade in a Fossil watch he had purchased on Amazon that was malfunctioning.
The team at the store were extremely helpful and assisted him in acquiring a replacement with no hassle.....
I will definitely be back.... Good customer service is not an easy to find commodity these days.....
