(July 20, 2020, 2:17 pm)I get the feeling that most large HVAC companies are just looking to sell you a new system, and are not interested in performing quality repairs for older units. After experiencing some shady interactions with large well-reviewed companies, I called Arthur's in hopes that a smaller, locally owned and operated company would provide better service with less sales pressure and give me an honest appraisal of my options.
Arthur quickly identified the problem with my outdoor AC unit and was able to replace the capacitor to get it all working again right away, for what I felt was a very reasonable price. He also gave me some great advice to use less-restrictive filters and that has really improved the air flow to the second floor during this hot summer.
I will certainly use them again, hopefully not too soon! -

When it was time to change our furnace, Arthur explained what was we needed and made us feel welcomed. Arthur is definitely reliable, dependable and prompt, responding quickly to my calls. Now, I need to change my Air Conditioning and my wife & will use Arthur’s services again. You will not regret choosing Arthur’s Cooling and Heating. We highly recommend him!

(June 24, 2019, 1:14 pm)We had Arthur quote on fixing an AC unit, being referred to us by a friend. Very down to earth guy and we were impressed with the options he gave us. We felt his quote was very fair - better than others. We never did repair the unit, so didn't have him do the actual work. We decided to remove the unit instead of fixing it, as we had a small house we could easily cool with a window unit. I am referring him to friends and family now. He didn't charge us a penny for the quote.
