She has been one of the best massage therapist I’ve had, she is thoughtful and considerate and has magic hands! I always come in when my back pain reaches the point of unbearable… I leave feeling amazing and relaxed. HIGHLY recommend booking a massage with Victoria!

(March 10, 2023, 8:22 pm)Today was my first time at Knots RMT & Wellness. I was attended to by Crystal for a 45min massage. The team was very polite and the ambience was very good. The massage experience is the best I’ve had in this area. Time was effectively managed and I got the opportunity of catching up with my favourite podcast in the process. I’ve book for a physio and I’m really looking forward to that. I understand there are times they may not be able to bill insurance directly, in which case, you have to pay out of pocket and subsequently reach out to your insurance for reimbursement. I strongly recommend Knots if you are looking for professional massage - you’ll be glad you visited.
Update: the physio appointment today (March 10) was also great with Erin! Erin optimized time by working on my physio case and also educated me of the purpose of each of the techniques she applied. Also gave me an assignment pending the next appointment. The professionalism here is top notch. I’m booking my appointments ahead of time because I know it may be difficult to find spaces here pretty soon. -

(March 1, 2023, 1:39 am)Erin is an excellent physiotherapist. She's always on schedule, very knowledgeable in her profession and has helped me gain mobility with my hip more than anyone I've worked with in the past. Office is clean, spacious and organized. Highly recommend!

Victoria is the best, She's very informative and understanding. If you are having any problems or issues, she takes her time to offer you solutions that will help benefit you! The place is beautiful! Very relaxing and an awesome atmosphere.
