Ordered a replacement beaker for a coffee press thru Amazon (in Hawaii, we have to) and ordered the wrong size. Grosche emailed me about my satisfaction and I thought, why not just talk to them? They bent over backwards trying to get me the right size at no charge, no need to return the first one & while they actually sent me the wrong size again, I was so impressed with their care I just ordered a new press and some coffee. They sent it well packaged and quickly, no shipping and a lovely tea steamer cup thing as a gift!
