(April 14, 2021, 7:23 pm)Let me start by saying how wonderful the entire staff was. Starting off with Karimah who I initially spoke to on the phone, and was extremely delightful to speak to. Extremely kind and respectful. Answered all my questions clearly and concisely, and booked me to start the process of receiving my unit. As soon as I arrived, Natasha and Olu were waiting for me and welcomed me with open arms. They didn't treat me as just a customer, but as a friend who they cared for and guided through the process very professionally, respectfully, and always with a smile that I could feel was behind their masks. This was my first time meeting them but I know they have made it their mission to connect with all their customers. Overall I didn't feel like I was renting a storage unit, but maybe purchasing a fancy car or staying at a nice hotel. Also...this place is extremely affordable, much better pricing than competitors, and for the quality of service, you will never find anything like this in the area. (Do your own research, but this is true). Walk around this brand new building, which is astounding. Extremely clean, classy, just beautiful. This is a 5 star hotel for items.

Very kind, helpful and answered all my questions!
Nice clean facility with good size storage units.

The price was advertised on the website as stated and processed without any issues. Great experience overall from beginning to end!
