I have been going to this yoga studio for more than 10 years and yoga Master Ramanan has helped me achieve a healthy lifestyle through physical and mental excersies. His upclose and personal training has allowed me to overcome stress and tension and changing my daily lifestyle.
I feel that it was the best choice I ever made to join to do yoga as my to have healthy yogic body under the guidance of Guru Ramanan at Insudhar Yoga Studio.
Guru Ramanan takes individual attention for everyone and suggests specific yoga poses. He always explains the benefit from each pauses and reiterates the importance of synchronizing the movement, breathing and reciting manthiram while doing every yoga pose.
I am having remarkable improvement in my health after incorporating the discipline of yoga in my daily routine with the guidance of Guru Ramanan. My frequent back freezing was disappeared and severity of knee pain lessened drastically. My core strength, flexibility, balances and concentration improves day by day.
I am immensely proud to be the student of Guru Ramanan and his guidance is extremely valuable.
Now that Insudhar Yoga has expanded and is part of the West Rouge Massage and Acupuncture Clinic in Scarborough I didn't think twice to travel the extra time to continue learning here. I am so grateful and I cannot count the stars I would give to measure the worth of this studio!!!!
I had visited so many yoga studios in Toronto hoping to gain more flexibility and strength. Years past in such a manner and still there was no change until I came across the yogalight website. I was not sure if I would be welcome as it was clear from the website that many of the students were advanced and that they were a part of a community, so I gathered up my will and called to confirm the times for classes.
From the first time I set foot inside, I felt there was something very different in the space than any other place I had been in before. At the beginning of the class the chanting somehow soothed me and I began to slowly become accustomed to the pauses between poses and the breathing. Somehow the poses seemed reminiscent of the poses I had attempted in the past but with my teacher's careful guidance, each day I could feel my body and my mind becoming stronger, more flexible. More clarity came to me each day and was reflected to me in my environment, in my relationships, in my body and in my mind. There is not a day I do not feel I have been given a most precious gift to have found my teacher.
