  I've tried many chiropractors all over the city and york region. They have good hands and may or may not be able to adjust me with valid effort but not consistant enough.
  
  However, Dr. Shannon McEwen is the best Chiropractor by far. Making sure to prep the body using various methods from her extensive tool box before she adjusts. And her adjustments are strong yet gentle, exactly what my body responds too.
  
  Along with Shannons great therapy the other staff is very friendly and welcoming. Feels like a fabulous team! A clinic I tell friends and family all the time.

  This clinic came highly recommended by another practitioner. It did not disappoint. Dr. Shannon McEwen is straightforward and most importantly, very thorough. Despite no parking lot, it is easy to get a spot on Gerrard or a side street. I look forward to using the other services that they offer.

  I have tried many of the services offered at Upper Beach Health & Wellness, and have never been disappointed. Everyone there takes the time to properly assess your needs, and will work to find the best course of treatment for you.

  I highly recommend visiting Upper Beach Health & Wellness! I am a regular and have never been disappointed. I visit Shannon (Chiropractor) and Kate (Massage Therapist) on a regular basis and they have both given me so much relief over the years. It is for this reason that I am constantly referring them to family and friends! The clinic is welcoming and very comfortable. Staff is also very friendly! You won't be disappointed.
