This is a wonderful, cozy, peaceful place to learn and practice basic meditation. If you wish deeper Buddhist learnings, they offer great opportunities for that to; with no pressure. All are welcome. These people have open hearts and minds. They've had a profoundly positive impact on my life during some very challenging times. If you're suffering in some way; this may truly help.✌️

Very nice little Buddhist Centre with good teachers and many classes to choose from. Also the occasional event or retreat. Lovely meditation garden in the back. If you want to learn to meditate, this is a great and welcoming place.

This is a wonderful, wonderful centre... learn how to meditate, learn more about Buddhism. Everyone is very warm and welcoming and they have programs to meet everyone's needs. The teacher, Debbie is funny and smart and engaging and you will love her. And other members of the Sangha are equally encouraging.
