Some of the things I love are the variety of classes offered, the outdoor deck (which has been amazing to use during the pandemic), and the welcoming and knowledgeable instructors. I especially love much the instructors will help modify movements to meet your needs or abilities and always explain how to do various movements safely. I would highly recommend this studio for any level. Some of my favourite classes are Barre, Pilates and Slow Flow yoga.

I have tried all the classes and love them all! There are lots of pop up classes and always something new and different to try. I'm so happy to be part of their community!

(December 11, 2019, 4:50 pm)This place is a lovely and cozy studio at the Danforth. There's a variety of classes, which include yoga, barre, and pilates. All the instructors are well-trained and attentive. The studio also includes nice amenities, such as filtered water, complimentary tea, and towels. I definitely recommend this studio to anyone willing to try yoga and their other classes. I'm so happy to have found a studio like this so close to home!
