    This is the place to work out if you hate the good life atmosphere and regular bootcamps are not challenging enough for you. None of the staff here are phoning it in. Classes are demanding and they vary, so your body and your mind always have to adapt.
    Hands down the best part about this gym is the community. I will admit, I though the high fiving would really get old, but was I ever wrong. During the class you just feel like a unit working to tackle the workout. It's great!
    They usually have a free trial or some sort of intro deal. Check them out you will not be disappointed!

    Signed up for Resilience on a recommendation from a friend. I have really enjoyed it so far and the classes are good fun

    Love the energy of the coaches and community members that come to these workouts. Great variety of circuit and strength training workouts plus every work out is slightly different from the next which keeps it interesting. I am definitely not a gym person and have finally found a work out that I can commit to and have fun with. I am also loving the results I have after 3-4 months of going 3-4 x per week. You won't regret coming out and challenging yourself for a class.

    This is a special fitness community. The workouts are tough and dynamic (and fun!) yet accessible to all levels of fitness. What really elevates Resilience on the fitness map is the culture of encouragement, inclusiveness, and genuine caring. The coaches are wondering humans who inspire with uplifting energy and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome, safe, and valued.

    Come out ot Monarch Park and experience for yourself!!

    Such a wonderful family-like community to workout with. The coaches are amazing and you get a one-on-one training. Best atmosphere ever. It's a place for everybody. Come give it a try. I promise you won't be disappointed. Very benign and encouraging people.
