(February 4, 2021, 3:40 am)Tihana has been a pleasant surprise as a psychotherapist. She is able to go deeper into the causes, bringing a perspective of the person as a whole. What I particularly like about the sessions is the spectrum of in depth knowledge she has in the physical level of body awareness, the emotional and also the spiritual level in treating the patient. I had never met a therapist with so much academic and metaphysical studies and a deep understanding of our spiritual nature. Overall, she is very caring and makes me very comfortable in each session. (February 3, 2021, 12:54 am)I was searching for some meaning to life and a way to clear issues that were blocking my progress at work and in life.
I took group therapy and some private psychotherapy sessions. I received very good care and therapy. The group therapy sessions were especially good value for money. Due to Covid they were on line but that did not diminish their usefulness. The sessions brought me in closer connection to my feelings, memories and myself. The hypnotherapy sessions were excellent and effective and worked as a stepping stone to actual psychotherapy sessions. She knows several modalities for treatment including past life regression therapy which I found very interesting and useful. I am pleased with my progress and have recommended her to my colleagues. The sessions have inspired my interest in spirituality as well. -
